Universal Orlando to welcome back annual graduation events in 2022

ORLANDO, Fla. — Good news for adventurous high school and middle school students who are scheduled to graduate in 2022.

Universal Orlando Resort announced that two popular events -- ‘Grad Bash’ & ‘Gradventure’ -- will be back in full swing next year.

The annual events were cancelled in 2020 and again this year due to the pandemic.

Universal Orlando describes Grad Bash as a “once-in-a-lifetime, rite-of-passage celebration for high school seniors,” while Gradventure celebrates middle schoolers about to move on to high school.

Park officials say the events will take place across both Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure on the following dates in 2022:

Grad Bash: April 1, 2, 8, 29, 30

Gradventure: May 6, 13, 20
