Warm temperatures with a chance for storms on Saturday

ORLANDO, Fla. — It’s going to be a warm Memorial Day weekend, with highs in the upper 80s and low 90s.

Heat index values will peak in the mid-90s.

On Saturday, not only will we see very seasonal sea-breeze storms in the afternoon, but we’ll also have additional showers with a weakening front moving into Central Florida.

Some of our beach communities, especially Brevard County, will see the potential for stronger storms.

Heavy pockets of rain, active lightning and small hail will be possible.
