OCALA, Fla.,None — A man was found dead Thursday morning in a McDonald's parking lot, according to Ocala police.
Police said they responded to a 911 call around 2:00am after people heard gunshots at Gracie's Cougar Lounge on East Silver Springs Boulevard (see map) .
Officers said they found the body of Daniel Davis next door at the McDonald's. Police said he was shot to death.
Investigators believe the violence started with an argument. Officers said witnesses of the shooting are urged to call the police department.
