ORLANDO, Fla. — WFTV learned Florida has more questionable car crash claims than any other state in the country.
The Florida Department of Insurance ranks Orlando third in the nation for staged car accidents.
Meanwhile, Tampa ranked number two in the number of questionable insurance claims investigated last year. Brooklyn, Los Angeles and Miami also rank in the top five.
