Students, teachers at multiple Osceola County schools in quarantine due to coronavirus exposure

OSCEOLA COUNTY, Fla. — The Osceola County School District says students and teachers at eight different schools are in quarantine because of coronavirus cases and exposures.

The district started the new school year Monday.

Between teacher pre-planning and the first day of school Monday, COVID-19 cases were discovered at Celebration High School, St. Cloud High School, Harmony Middle School, and Celebration K-8.

The district has also reported exposures or cases at four of their elementary schools:  Neptune, Ventura, Hickory Tree, and KOA.
