Sorry, Beliebers: Justin Bieber appears to have deleted his Instagram account following a spat with ex-girlfriend Selena Gomez, BBC Newsbeat reported Tuesday.
According to New York Magazine, Gomez reportedly had commented on the photo, "If you can't handle the hate, then stop posting pictures of your girlfriend lol- It should be special between you two only. Don't be mad at your fans. They love you."
Fans also posted screenshots of a response that appeared to be from Bieber, New York Magazine reported.
"It's funny to see people that used me for attention and still try to point the finger this way. Sad. All love," he apparently wrote, adding, "I'm not one for anyone receiving hate. Hope u all can be kind to my friends and each other. And yes I love my beliebers."
According to BBC Newsbeat, Gomez apparently replied, "Funny how the ones that cheated multiple times, are pointing the finger at the ones that were forgiving and supportive, no wonder fans are mad. Sad. All love."
Gomez also posted a collage of her fans with the caption, "My whole life. You matter most. Thank you (for) letting me do what I love every day."
After Bieber's Instagram account disappeared Tuesday, Gomez took to Snapchat, writing, "What I said was selfish and pointless."
