WILDER, Ky. — Three people were injured early Sunday after gunfire erupted outside a northern Kentucky bar, authorities said.
According to the Wilder Police Department, the shooting occurred at about 12:30 a.m. EDT outside Bobby Mackey’s Music World in Wilder, WXIX-TV reported.
All three victims were taken to an area hospital with injuries that were not life-threatening, according to WCPO-TV.
Just spoke with Chad Martin, Wilder Police Chief. Martin tells me three people were shot in the side parking lot outside of Bobby Mackey’s. Police responded around midnight. Wilder police Chief Chad Martin said a fight broke out in the parking lot, which led to the shooting, WXIX reported.
There are at least three suspects, but police could not confirm whether they were also the people transported to the hospital, the television station reported.
Police said an investigation is ongoing.
