The house that was used as the home for Joyce, Jonathan and Will Byers is now for sale in Fayetteville, Georgia, not in Hawkins, Indiana, WSB reported.

The home sits on more than six acres and is probably best known for the hand-painted letters scrawled on a wall surrounded by Christmas lights, used by Joyce Byers to communicate with her youngest son Will as he was trapped in the Upside Down, TMZ reported.

The 1,846-square-foot house, which was built in 1900, has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Despite its price tag, the house will need to be fully remodeled according to the property listing.

The listing also warns that fans of the show frequently visit the property to get a photo of the “Stranger Things” home. It became so much of a problem that the current owners had to post “private property” signs to stop people from trespassing.

The house is currently owned by seven siblings who were asked by the Duffer brothers to film there, TMZ reported.

“Stranger Things” debuted on Netflix in 2016 and next year is supposed to end with season five, CNET reported.
