Raiders QB Derek Carr, wife Heather welcome baby girl: ‘I’ll always be in love’

LAS VEGAS — Las Vegas Raiders quarterback Derek Carr has welcomed his fourth child with wife Heather, multiple news outlets are reporting.

According to the Las Vegas Review-Journal and KVVU-TV, the couple took to social media to announce that the baby girl, named Brooklyn Mae Carr, arrived Monday. The newborn, who weighed 7 pounds, 12 ounces, is the pair’s first daughter and joins brothers Dallas, Deker and Deakon, Heather Carr wrote on Instagram.

“We’re so in love,” she captioned a photo of Brooklyn.

Derek Carr, 29, shared similar sentiments in a series of tweets.

“Our baby girl has arrived!!! #GirlDad,” he wrote Monday, later adding: “Good start to the week to get back on track!”

On Tuesday, he posted a tribute to his new daughter.

“I’ll always be in love,” he tweeted.
