The year 2020 has brought another tradition to an end — at least hopefully only temporarily.
YouTube has announced that it will not be doing its annual Rewind to look back at the year that was.
The company made the announcement on social media Thursday.

“But 2020 has been different. And it doesn’t feel right to carry on as if it weren’t. So, we’re taking a break from Rewind this year,” the company wrote.
YouTube also thanked its users for making a difference.
This year would have been the 10th anniversary of YouTube Rewind video, CNet reported.
