ORLANDO, Fla. — A University of Central Florida sorority is on suspension Thursday morning after it was accused of hazing a pledge.
In a complaint filed by the Mu Sigma Upsilon pledge, she says she was forced to perform what she described as "steam room" exercises. She also claimed she was verbally abused and deprived of sleep.
The sorority is the second UCF campus group to be disciplined this week.
On Tuesday, the Kappa Alpha Psi fraternity was shut down because of hazing.
