SEMINOLE COUNTY, Fla. — A man is facing a list of charges Friday morning after deputies say he refused to pull over and caused a Seminole County deputy to crash.
Deputies say Randy Grinstead was driving with a suspended license and wanted on a probation violation warrant. Grinstead was already being followed by the sheriff's helicopter and an unmarked deputy's cruiser when he cut another deputy off. That deputy crashed into a wall.

There is still a huge hole in wall where the deputy swerved off the road and slammed into the barrier. The sheriff's office says it is all the fault of a wanted man.
Randy Grinstead - Suspect Mug Shot - 021910 Randy Grinstead Grinstead is in jail Friday morning. He was driving with a suspended license when he cut off a deputy on Red Bug Lake Road. The deputy crashed into a brick wall behind Anna Hightower's house.
"Just bricks everywhere, half way up the yard and I was, like, how hard did they hit?" said Hightower. "I was just wondering if someone was hurt because it looked really, really bad. The crash looked really bad."
The deputy who crashed is okay, but Grinstead did not stop to make sure. When he refused he refused to pull over deputies had to use stop sticks to slow him down. A deputy nearby boxed Grinstead in and stopped him at State Road 436 and Highway 17-92.
A sheriff's helicopter was in the air and several deputies were on the ground, but the Seminole County Sheriff's Office is not calling it a chase.
In addition to driving with a suspended license and his probation violation, Grinstead is charged with fleeing and eluding law enforcement.
