DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. -- Ricky Stenhouse Jr. won his first Daytona 500 Sunday night to snap a 199-race winless streak.
The No. 47 Chevrolet Camaro won in double overtime under caution. His last win came in 2017 at the summer race at Daytona and six years later, he takes the checkered flag at the World Center of Racing again.
At 212 laps, this is the longest Daytona 500 in the race’s 65-year history.
