ORLANDO, Fla. — Detectives told WFTV gunmen forced customers at the Cash America Pawn in Orlando (see map) to the floor. The video shows frightened workers with guns at their heads, and reckless robbers on store counters with innocent customers lying face down on the cold floor.

The two crooks walked in to the store on Semoran Boulevard acting like regular customers before going on a rampage, forcing workers to give them all the money in the registers and emptying the jewelry cabinet. A couple of minutes later and they were gone.
According to Orlando police, the pawn shop was also robbed last summer. That suspect was never caught.
"Do you think this is related to the prior crime?" WFTV reporter Q. McCray asked Sgt. Barbara Jones, with the Orlando Police Department.
"Well, you never know. We still have to get them identified," she said.
Cash America Pawn wouldn't reveal its security measures, but said it's fully cooperating with police to get the brazen, armed criminals off the streets and behind bars.
