The victim said he and his wife were driving on I-4 near Kaley Avenue and Orange Blossom Trail when the shooting started Wednesday afternoon.

Prince was arrested a short while later on Kirkman Road in the MetroWest area of Orlando. At the time of his arrest, police found his wife crying inside their car.

"The arrestee pulled out a gun, and for whatever reason you're going to ask the person who did it, starting firing shots at the BMW and hit the car," said Sgt. Barb Jones of the Orlando Police Department.

"I was defending myself. He chased me all the way downtown," said Prince as he was led to away to jail in police custody.

Prince told WFTV he fired shots when he noticed the man reaching down in is vehicle. Prince's wife was also in the car.

"Did your wife tell you to stop?" asked Moton.

"My wife was crying because someone was chasing us. My life was in danger," replied Prince.

The victim told WFTV that he did follow Prince for some time, but said that was only to get the license plate number.
