Autopsy Shows Stalker Was Drinking Before Shooting

ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. — Autopsy findings released Tuesday show a man accused of shooting and killing a woman then himself outside an AT&T call center near UCF, had been drinking before the shooting.

The autopsy report shows, 61-year-old Roger Troy, had a blood-alcohol level of .063, below the legal limit for driving.

Investigators say Troy approached Alissa Blanton, 23, in the AT&T parking lot on February 9, shot her then shot himself.

Troy had allegedly stalked Blanton after meeting her while she was a waitress at a Hooter's restaurant in Brevard County.
