VOLUSIA COUNTY, Fla. — A 39-year-old man used a fake air conditioning vent in an attic to watch a young girl, who he had sexual relations with, according to the Port Orange Police Department.
Ronald Jarvis was arrested Thursday night, after a three-month-long investigation, for allegedly raping a girl less than 16 years of age. Jarvis had two warrants out for his arrest, one for sexual battery with a bond set at $50,000 and the other for voyeurism with a bond set at $1,000.
Police told WFTV Jarvis has since bonded out of the Volusia County jail.
