Keezer was arrested because investigators said he also threatened to shoot the victim, Adrian Howell, and it was all caught on video.
Keezer and Howell own competing tattoo shops on Nova Road in Daytona Beach. The shops are only one block apart. Howell recorded the attack on his cellphone, and investigators said they saw the same thing on nearby surveillance cameras. Howell was able to jump out of the way of the truck, but said he is worried about other threats.
Howell told WFTV that Keezer threatened him by saying, Basically, relocate or Ill burn it down. If you dont move, then Ill kill you.
Howell said that during the tirade, Keezer pulled out a shotgun.
When he held it in the air, he kind of cocked it with one hand and pointed it at me, said Howell.
Then, just days later, somebody threw a brick through the front window of Howells shop.
WFTV tried to talk to Keezer, but he claimed to have no idea about the incident. No one at his shop wanted to talk about it either.
Keezer was charged with two counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
The Florida Department of Law Enforcement said he has a nine-page-long criminal history.
