CAPE CANAVERAL, Fla. — The United Launch Alliance successfully launched a Delta 4-Heavy rocket from Cape Canaveral Air Force Station, Sunday evening.
The un-manned Delta 4 rocket blasted off at 5:58 p.m.
The 23-story rocket is carrying a spy satellite that's described as the "largest in the world."
The National Reconnaissance Office won't give any other details, and says the mission is classified.
The rocket finally took off after several delays over the past few months due to technical glitches. This was the second launch attempt for the rocket in November.
It was supposed to blast off Friday, but the launch was scrubbed due to fueling problems.
