ZEPHYRHILLS, Fla. — A Florida man is accused of domestic battery after he allegedly threw a piece of a cookie at his girlfriend Sunday, WFLA reported.
Wade Alan Smith, 41, of Zephyrhills, was arrested by Pasco County deputies, the television station reported.

Deputies responded to the couple's home around noon Sunday. The victim told deputies Smith threw a hard piece of a cookie and hit her in the forehead, according to WFLA.
Deputies said the victim had a red mark on the top of her forehead, the television station reported. According to deputies, Smith admitted to throwing the cookie.
Smith remains in the Pasco County Jail, according to jail records.
This is the eighth time Smith has been arrested in Pasco County since 2012. He has previously been charged with domestic battery and aggravated assault, according to jail records.
