ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. — The family of slain SeaWorld whale trainer Dawn Brancheau will head to court again on Wednesday to fight to keep surveillance video of the deadly whale attack from being released.
Eyewitness News first reported earlier this month when Judge Lawrence Kirkwood temporarily sided with Brancheau's family on the matter to prevent the release.
The temporary injunction blocks the release of all videos and pictures that show the moments when Tilikum the killer whale grabbed Brancheau by the pony tail and took her underwater.
Wednesday's hearing will decide if the tapes will remain private.
Eyewitness News will be there and will let you know what the judge decides.
