2 injured after hitting deer with motorcycle

ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. — Two people on a motorcycle were hospitalized after they hit a deer.

The Orange County Sheriff's Office said the wreck happened on East Colonial Drive near Tanner Road, just after 1:30 a.m. Thursday.

The two people on the bike were taken to Orlando Regional Medical Center with head injuries, said investigators. Their conditions are unknown.

Deputies said they searched the woods looking for the deer to make sure it was OK.
