ORLANDO, Fla. — Eight people were displaced Friday afternoon after a lightning strike sparked a fire at the Plantation Gardens apartment complex, the Orlando Fire Department said.
The fire was reported just after 4:30 p.m. in the area of Lake Underhill and Conway roads, officials said.
A total of 12 apartments were affected by the fire.
No one was injured in the fire.
No other information was immediately released on the incident.
