ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. — A charter school with an F rating will not be able to open up more schools in Orange County.
The Orange County School Board denied Renaissance Charter Schools applications to open three schools Tuesday.
Last year, its Poinciana school received a "D" grade and its school in Chickasaw got an "F."
The school wanted to open one new school in Seminole County and two in Osceola County.
