ORLANDO, Fla. — Gusty winds are creating rough surf and hazardous boating conditions.

Meteorologist George Waldenberger said winds will weaken this evening, but it will still be breezy along the coast tomorrow.
The next storm system will bring the chance for rain and lighting on Thursday.
