DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. — The Daytona Beach Police Department is asking for the public’s help locating a 12-year-old girl who was reported missing.
Police said Ja’liyah Jones was last seen near the Coastline Cove Apartments in Daytona Beach.
According to the department, Jones was last seen wearing a black jacket with a red heart on it and a white shirt.
Anyone who has seen Jones or has information about her whereabouts is asked to contact law enforcement immediately.
Police are asking members of the community to remain alert and share any information that could help officers locate Jones and ensure her safety.
