Death investigation at Reef Club Apartments, Kissimmee police say

KISSIMMEE, Fla. — A man's body was found at a Kissimmee apartment complex, police said.

The death was reported around 8 a.m. Friday at Reef Club Apartments off Thacker Avenue.

Carlos Olavo Resende, 24, was found dead inside a silver Nissan Altima, police said.

Police said his death has been ruled a homicide.

Police have not released a cause of death.

Police were also called to the apartment complex last week after reports of a body.

Kissimmee police told Channel 9's Johny Fernandez that they've been to the apartment complex 156 times in the last two months; 29 were patrol calls.

No other information has been released.
