Deputies investigate after man found dead outside Orange County storage unit

One person died Wednesday outside an Orange County storage unit, and deputies said they were working to determine what led up to the death.
The victim, who was later identified as Arthur Cobwell, 49,, was found outside a storage unit at a facility off Oakridge Road just after 11 a.m., investigators said.
Investigators said it appeared a verbal altercation turned physical and at some point Cobwell was stabbed.
He was taken to Orlando Regional Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead.
Deputies cordoned off two open storage units at the business and a semi-truck container as they investigated the scene.
Leon Cameron said he was a few feet away from the scene, cleaning out his storage unit when he heard screaming nearby.
“I heard a big argument, then, as I went around the corner, I observed a fight and then, I guess, someone got stabbed in the back and I saw a bunch of blood on the ground,” he said.
It appeared the individuals were arguing about compensation for loading up the semi-trailer, Cameron said.
Cameron, who said he later realized he had worked with the victim in the past, said he couldn’t believe something like this could take place so close to where he was working.
“I was scared and I was also in disbelief,” he said. “I couldn’t believe that anything like that would ever happen around me.”
Deputies did not say if any charges had, or would be, filed in connection with the death.
