ORLANDO, Fla. — Gov. Ron DeSantis and former Gov. Charlie Crist will face off in a debate Monday night.

The two candidates for governor will debate the big issues facing Florida.

Live coverage of the debate will air on WFTV starting at 7 p.m.
After a previous debate was canceled due to Hurricane Ian, this is now the only scheduled meeting of the two candidates before the midterm election.

Monday also marks the start of early voting in most of Central Florida.
This debate follows the highly contentious meeting between Sen. Marco Rubio and Rep. Val Demings last week.
