Police said Tomar had recently been released from prison after serving a 12-year sentence for armed robbery.

"She is obviously a career criminal.  This is what she knows what do to for a living.  This is how she makes her money.  Just another day at the office for her," said Sgt. Ed Chittenden of the Apopka Police Department.

The clerk said the two robbers stuck a gun in her face and threatened to kill her.

Detectives said witness helped them track down the couple.
