One of metro Orlando’s fastest-growing suburbs has added another big-box retail project to its development pipeline.

A master development plan for a 74,400-square-foot Floor & Decor retail store have been filed in Apopka.
The new location for the specialty retailer of hard surface flooring and accessories would rise on a 5.7-acre property on West Orange Blossom Trail/U.S. 441, at the southwest corner of its intersection with Lake View Drive/Boy Scout Boulevard.
