ORLANDO, Fla. — SeaWorld is facing a lawsuit from an investor who claims the company misled stockholders about how a controversial documentary affected attendance.
The lawsuit was filed Tuesday in California after last month's earnings report showed SeaWorld's stock dropped 33 percent in one day.
At the time, SeaWorld claimed bad publicity from the film "Blackfish" hurt theme park attendance.
