A Lake County man is out of jail on bond after being accused of downloading and possessing child pornography, according to Florida Department of Law Enforcement agents.
Robert Edward Yearwood, 42, told officials he had come across the images of young children while surfing online. Agents said he also admitted to chatting with women online about molesting children.

FDLE agents haven’t said what caused them to launch the investigation into Yearwood, but say the Cyber Task Force served a search warrant on Tuesday.
Officials say while searching Yearwood’s home and devices, they found child pornography images of children as young as 2 years old.
Agents also said they found random pictures of children taken in his neighborhood and at parks. A peephole was also discovered in the bathroom, and Yearwood admitted to taking pictures when visitors would use the restroom.

FDLE agents said Yearwood told them that he had been viewing child pornography for over a year and curiosity is what caused him to seek it out.
Eyewitness News knocked on Yearwood’s door, but nobody answered.
An FDLE spokesperson said this is just the beginning of the investigation, and there could be more local victims out there. Anyone out there who knows anything about the case or suspects their child may be a victim is asked to contact investigators.
