VOLUSIA COUNTY, Fla. — A Volusia County man accused of killing his wife and her two children was back in court Monday afternoon.
A judge is expected to rule on several motions filed by the attorneys for Luis Toledo.
Yessenia Suarez, 28, and her children, Thalia, 9, and Michael Otto, 8, vanished from their Deltona home in 2013. They have never been found.

Investigators said Suarez disappeared a day after she and Toledo, 33, had a confrontation at her workplace.
Prosecutors said Toledo told deputies in 2013 that he killed Suarez because he suspected her of having an affair. He claimed that someone else killed the children.
