ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. — Orange County deputies have arrested a man accused of recording video up a 12-year-old girl’s skirt at Florida Mall.
Deputies said Robert Wilkinson, 28, was caught by another shopper placing his phone underneath the victim’s skirt at the mall’s Starbucks.
Surveillance video from the store confirmed the incident, deputies said.
Detectives found child pornography in his possession, and also discovered that he exposed himself to a 9-year-old Canadian girl as her family shopped at the Cole Haan store on International Drive.
In both incidents, Wilkinson was working as an employee and was fired as deputies investigated.
He was charged with video voyeurism, possession of child pornography and exposing sexual organs.
Wilkinson was booked into the Orange County Jail on Wednesday.
