FLAGLER COUNTY, Fla. — A man was seriously injured when he became trapped between a tractor-trailer and a bus near the Palm Coast Parkway early Wednesday morning, according to the Florida Highway Patrol.
FHP said a bus towing another bus was driving north on I-95 in Flagler County when one of the buses had mechanical problems. The buses pulled over on the side of the roadway.

The tractor-trailer was traveling behind a third bus that was part of the group of converted buses.
As the third bus stopped to join the other buses, the tractor-trailer hit the rear of the third bus, causing a domino-effect crash FHP said.
Troopers said Ronaldo Morales, 32, of Mexico became trapped and had to be extricated by Flagler County EMS.
Morales was taken to Halifax Medical Center in serious condition.
FHP said charges of stopping, standing or parking prohibited on the roadway or shoulder of a limited access facility were filed against the bus drivers.
