An Orlando man was arrested and charged with DUI on Monday after he crashed his truck into a home off Bonneville Drive, troopers said.
The crash was reported about 1:30 a.m. in the 2400 block of Bonneville Drive.
Bruce Bonds, 37, was driving north on Bonneville Drive, approaching Hertha Drive, when he failed to negotiate a curve, investigators said.

His truck left the road, hit a tree and then the house, troopers said.
The homeowner’s son, Rob Morse, who lives next door, said it wasn’t the first crash at that spot in the road.
“It’s an ongoing thing; that’s why the signs are up,” Morse said. “They put them up two weeks ago and said this should stop all the cars from wrecking, because we have a wreck here every other week, just about.”
The signs warn drivers of the 15 mph speed lime and that curves are ahead.
Morse’s mother was in a different part of the house and was not injured, deputies said.
Bonds was not injured in the crash.
Neighbor Jennifer Day said she worries about drivers navigating the tight turns in front of her home, where she said they aren't abiding by traffic signs.
“The last three months, there's probably been about 10 wrecks, from here to there, to the next house a BMW got stuck up in our tree,” Day said. “The speed limit is 15, (but) nobody goes 15 mph around here. We have a flashing sign down there, but nobody obeys it.”
Troopers didn’t have records of many wrecks in the area, but did have three reports of cars in ditches.
Day said she advocates the addition of guardrails or speed bumps to the road.
A public works employee told Eyewitness News the road has too much traffic for speed bumps, and too many driveways for guardrails.
