Man fatally struck by 3 cars in hit-and-run on busy Orange County road on Halloween

ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. — A man was fatally struck by three cars in a hit-and-run accident on a busy Orange County road on Halloween, the Florida Highway Patrol said.

Just after 3:15 a.m., troopers said the 26-year-old Orlando man was trying to cross State Road 436 near Raiders Run, north of Aloma Avenue, when he was struck by a car.

Investigators said the man was then struck by two other cars as he laid on the roadway.

Troopers said neither of those drivers stopped. The first driver who struck the man did stop.

Anyone with information about the two vehicles that struck the man is asked to call Florida Highway Patrol at 407-737-2213 or Crimeline.

The crash remains under investigation.
