MELBOURNE, Fla. — A Melbourne man is celebrating his birthday $1 million richer.
Richard Nicolosi was on his way to Disney World to celebrate his 56th birthday when he stopped at a 7-Eleven in Melbourne to buy a scratch-off lottery ticket.
It was his lucky day.
The ticket was a $1 million winner.
