Plans for a new infill apartment development have surfaced in a trendy Orlando neighborhood just outside the city’s central business district.

City of Orlando records reveal Mike Corrdry of Winter Park-based Triple C Holdings Inc. is the applicant for a master plan request to build the four-story multifamily development at 826 Irma Ave., in the city’s North Quarter neighborhood.
The request is tentatively slated to go before Orlando’s municipal planning board in July.
