ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. — A SunRail train hit a vehicle that was stopped in traffic Tuesday, Florida Department of Transportation officials said.
The train struck the car on U.S. 17/92, near Orange Avenue, just after 6 p.m.
FDOT officials said the car spun around and hit another car, but no one was hurt.
There were 42 people on board and the crash caused delays for most of the SunRail trains.
The 9:15 p.m. northbound Sand Lake Road train was canceled.
The train involved in the wreck was cleared to leave at about 8 p.m.
