Crews are hard at work seven days a week on the large construction project.

Project manager Bryan Williams can finally see it coming together.

“I get goose bumps just talking about it,” Williams said.

The grand station will have an old Hollywood vibe and accommodate up to 600 passengers.

There will be two lounges, an autonomous market and a massive bar with huge TVs.

Construction started in January and the goal was to have it completed by next month, but like so many others they’ve been battling the supply chain crisis.

“We have a couple of items that are still in transit like, like I said, this supply chain that we haven’t quite pinned down,” Williams said. “So, I really don’t want to tell you exactly what I would say. Late January, early February is a good time frame.”

While there’s work to be done at the station, down below is a different story.

The tracks have been built out and there are three trains already on-site in Orlando that have rolled through.

This is all at Orlando International Airport’s train station, next to the new Terminal C.

The people mover runs through, getting passengers to all the different terminals and there’s hopes of one day adding more.

That’s further down the track. First up is completing this station and getting the Orlando-Miami service up and rolling by next year.
