A man has been arrested in connection with a fatal shooting of Thiago Neves at a gas station in July 2019, police announced Tuesday.
Cedric Farrington is being charged with first-degree murder with a firearm.

Surveillance footage from a 7Eleven at 5490 S. Kirkman Road showed 24-year-old Neves walking up to a red Hyundai Voloster parked near the gas pumps around 10:30 p.m. on July 21. Moments later, he was shot dead.
Farrington was located and arrested Tuesday after an arrest warrant was obtained. The Hyundai and the handgun were also located, according to police.
