Popular chain to open 15 new restaurants in Orlando after leaving the area almost 6 years ago

ORLANDO, Fla. — Bojangles announced Tuesday that it will open 15 new restaurants in the Orlando area almost six years after eight Orlando-area franchises were closed.

Chaac Foods Restaurants will open 12 locations in Orlando and one location each in Winter Garden, Davenport and Kissimmee over the next seven years.

The first two of the restaurants will open in 2022.

Three more restaurants will open each year in 2023, 2024, 2025 and 2026.

A final restaurant will open in 2027. Bojangles was founded in Charlotte, North Carolina, in 1977.

The nearest location is in Ocala.
