The buyer’s identity was not disclosed, but officials said the new owners are a local family with plans to renovate and add on before occupying the home as their primary residence.

“The new owners love the exclusiveness and privacy of Isleworth and unmatched amenities offered within the gates of this renowned golf and country club community. Quite simply, Isleworth sets the standard for excellence and is the perfect setting to complement a magnificent mansion of this caliber,” said Rob Rahter with Stockworth Realty Group.
