ORLANDO, Fla. — An Orlando massage therapist is accused of inappropriately touching a customer and investigators believe there could be more victims.
Investigators said it took several months for the victim to come forward.
The alleged incident happened during the summer at the Essentials Spa and Salon in MetroWest.
The manager of the spa fired Robert Lindelof shortly after the allegations came about, and said a second customer complained.
The judge set Lindelof’s bond at $5,000.
According to an arrest affidavit, the woman said she went to the salon in June with her boyfriend for a couple’s massage.
It said about 45 minutes into the massage, her therapist began rubbing her legs and sexually battered her, while her boyfriend was in the room.
A complaint wasn’t filed until two months later.
The report said the manager at the salon confirmed the victim got a massage June 5 and said three weeks later, Lindelof was fired after another customer complained that he made that person feel uncomfortable during a session.
