The county is seeking a construction manager for the $39 million expansion and reconstruction of Partin Settlement Road at Neptune Road to Lakeshore Boulevard. The work would expand the roadway from two lanes to four along that stretch, as well as add intersection improvements or new intersections at five locations.

Partin Settlement Road has seen a number of new developments completed in recent years, including AdventHealth’s freestanding emergency room and Health Park medical office. The road includes the Fish Lake Planned Development, which promises to bring hundreds of apartments and dozens of single-family homes when the 150 acres are fully built out.
