APOPKA, Fla.,None — WFTV learned that Pastor Zachery Tims' mother and ex-wife have filed a lawsuit over the toxicology report in his death.
Tims' body was found in a New York City hotel room in August.
The family members want to keep the lab results showing the cause of his death from the public.
There were reports that a suspicious white powder was found with the pastor's body.
Tims founded the New Destiny Christian Center in Apopka, a mega church with nearly 8,000 members.
