OSCEOLA COUNTY, Fla. — Troopers said a pedestrian was hit and killed by a Smart car in Osceola County, and they are working to figure out who's at fault.
The crash happened at 9 p.m. Tuesday on Orange Blossom Trail near Washington Avenue.
Troopers shut down the intersection during the investigation, but it has since reopened.
The names of those involved have not been released.
