OCOEE, Fla. — A man was caught using his cellphone to record girls changing at an Ocoee clothing store, police said.
Another shopper recorded the suspect in the act at Plato’s Closet on West Colonial Drive, police said.
Luis Ordeonelopez is facing a felony video voyeurism charge after police said Kiara Del Valle’s boyfriend caught him filming young girls.
“He told me he noticed a weird reflection of the phone and he thought at first maybe he’s (using Facetime) with somebody, trying to see if the clothes fit well,” said Del Valle.

But as her boyfriend took a closer look at the phone, he noticed the phone was set on selfie mode and facing the next stall.
“Then he noticed in the reflection of the phone was the reflection of the little girl’s legs, changing. It wasn’t on himself,” said Del Valle.

He pulled out his own phone and shot video of the suspect.
He then quietly called 911.

“They responded very quickly. They were there in less than 10 minutes,” said Del Valle.
She said by that time, Ordeonelopez had deleted the dressing room videos, but surveillance video showed him going in and out of the dressing room stall twice in less than five minutes.
Del Valle said the young girl and her family do not speak English, so she helped translate to police what happened.
“He targeted a little girl. There were so many people in that dressing room and he targeted that little girl by herself,” said Del Valle.
Police said there are two other potential victims who left the store before officers arrived.
